If you've spoken with Jack, then you have a good idea about what Jack is trying to accomplish and how he won't skirt any issues or cut any corners. He handles everything straight on. MTEI is still an excellent long term investment. Regardless of the ICVI issues that have come up, take a look at Eric's valuations of the coal bed methane alone. That ought to give you something cheery to look at. #reply-5260587 StatOil used to be Eastern States Energy Group (old longs may remember my discussing them as successfully going after properties abandoned by the majors in WV).
