I doubt it. If he signed $100 million, it must be compensation for those suffered from the drought loss, agricultural etc. I doubt any government would spend $100 million on a/c. No doubt, however, some of the money might be spent on a/c, at a very small portion.

This heat wave does benefit Fedders no matter what the government does. I bet a/c in retailer stores like Wal-Mart has been a hot selling item recently. Wal-Mart has stocked tons of Fedders' products, we can see from the languages of last quarterly announcement. Can't wait to see the result of next quarter (this quarter).......it got to be good.
