miles and Sergio this is great, Im soaking it all in. By the time you guys are done I should know all I need to know about intangibles. As I see it, the intangibles are a way the company can somewhat manipulate the balance sheet, it is not necessarily a bad thing but at times is worth looking into.

Yes Miles, I do agree with you that falsifying information such as the value of furniture can not be found by reading the balance sheet. There is a wide area of credibility allowed in applying a value to a desk inherited by acquiring a Co. The new accounting will place a value on that desk and carry it forward into future reports. It does allow room for manipulation.
