One of DRIV's clients, Cyberian Outpost (COOL) expected to IPO this week also by BT Alex Brown. 4 million shares to be offered at between 13 and 15. COOL is an online retailer of computer parts.

DRIV began its road show last Friday. Their last scheduled meeting is 8/6 in Milwaukee. It still appears their IPO should happen around 8/7 or 8/10 subject to market conditions.
