NYSE:AES (Monday short? or Monday momentum play?),

Their profile:

biz.yahoo.com

The market loves this stock. I mean to tell you, they adore it! So, let's review where it's heading.

1st - The AES chart:

(See the head & shoulder pattern - it's sloping)

chart2.bigcharts.com

(Now check out the long term support levels on the 3 year chart.)

2nd - News items:

(Here is an example of working with volatile foreign governments.)

biz.yahoo.com

-and-

fnews.yahoo.com

(Insider selling!)

biz.yahoo.com

The company looks good for growth but it has major debt and has many locations in volatile political environments. Let alone, the amount of insider selling that has and probably will still occur at this price level.

I believe since the chart shows a head and shoulders, the amount of insider sales, the current debt load, and the volatility in some of their international markets makes this a short candidate.

The AES chart shows they are currently sitting on a long term support level. If the low on Monday is equal to or even lower than Friday, then it will be a clear signal to short this stock on the nearest uptick. Otherwise, AES will jump up in trading monday for a quick momentum play (it has in the past at this support level). Keep an eye on it for the first hour of the day to see which direction it will go.

Flag AES for a good short or momentum (upward run)!

Sergio--ODIS looks quite interesting. BOP, TSV, MoneyStream, OBV, Price Moving averages are all moving up. Stochastics are correcting and I think when they turn up, this could move up to the 11-12 area. Another stock that has a similar chart as ODIS and also needs a turnup in indicators, but seems poised to do so, is WIZTF. If you have time, check it out. I am not too proficient with the 3Day RSI yet, but this one seems to be ready to pull the trick; that is if Cube, bdog, milesofstyles and warthog say so. <gg> Myron
