The court filing lists the patent in dispute. It is in a press release from SanDisk. I found it curious that it is not one of the patents actually listed on the back of the CF card.

As I stated, the heart of the issue is assembly of the unique product, a CompactFlash card. I do not know if the case relies solely on the EEPROM patent.

Rex posted the patent abstract. I am not sure where he located the information.

Only time will tell whether the patent is enforceable or not.
