Internet service

DSL service being offered in my area soon. Supposed advantages are pri vacy(over cable) and constant speed of connection. Connection will be over regular phone lines with simultaneous phone and internet (256Kbps) capabilities for $59.95 (ISP included). Internet is dedicated, no dialup, 24hrs/7 days. Sounds good to me, any thoughts from those using other services or that have better services?

TIA

$ 1.4B flowed out of equities this past week. The most for 1998.

Wave one from Asia is arriving, wave two from South America is starting to form. But not to worry, the individual investor will buy on the dips, China will not devalue, Japan will reform their economy, we will always get 30% returns and we will all retire rich. Blah, blah, blah. To many people make a living at this ponzi scheme to say differently.

I was watching QVC and it appears that the beanie baby market may be crashing. Last week Glory (the bear given at the allstar game) was $ 650, this week it was $ 250. What will the sheeple be collecting next? Maybe unemployment and welfare.
