Derek, this 3Com 56K V.90 stuff is a hoax...isn't it? I still can't get an upgrade to the V.90 on my USR 56K Sportster Voice ext. modem...even though 3Com claims it's available at their Web Site. Hell I could've had a Kflex modem for what I've spent in long distance charges to the download site at 3Com...the Wizard software just flashes a message saying it's logging on...but never does.

Since my ISP has upgraded to V.90, I can only use a dial up number which is limited to 19.2K.

The 56K War left me wounded.
