From GLOBES: Clal Biotechnology's First Investment: Purchasing 25% of D-Pharm Shares Clal Industries signed today a memorandum of understanding to invest $10 million in D-Pharm for 25% of shares (20% fully diluted). This is the concern's first investment in the biotechnology field and is in accordance with corporate strategy. Investments in biotechnology will be dealt with by Clal Biotechnology Industries.
