John do you know if a cat dies in the road, and gets run over by two 18 wheelers, will you still get a dead cat bounce?

I agree with your thoughts on the snafu at Ledoux. It is my feeling that there should have been more information regarding the indicated problems in the last press release. It seems to me that there had to be more information given to my man Sid in his conversation with paul bloomburg. I find it hard to believe that my man sid could not have probed deeper into bloomburg in order to get a better sense of what the issue was. I also find it odd that this information would not have been included in the press release. Now some poster did state that the legal advice our own little lawyer got was that the information must be sent out in a press release. Do you think they said you have to inform those (sell if you don't like it shareholders) but make it vague and keep them guessing?

P.S. Regarding the discussion of Sid's vast ownership in Noxious. It looks like at least one stockholder must have sold cuz they did not like it.

John
<<Easy. Ledoux retests the splits and tells us if the numbers match or are zeros. If they don't match, we are all screwed>>

That is so overly simplistic and nonsensical, that I dont think you even believe that is how it works. If you think all Ledoux will do is rerun some assays, and then throw them out to the public, you are seriously mistaken. AS I have said, we need complete and thorough answers, not an ad hoc guesstimate based on premature answers from half-complete tests. I have no idea what they will finally give us, but we need answers that address all the "hows" and "whys" of what has happened here. We dont need, "well we re-ran the test one time, it matches/doesntmatch, best of luck to you". I cant believe that is what you are proposing.
