Scott, I think this is an extremely important question. I don't see where they have had the money to do any R&D. Even the greats like Intel and Microsoft spend huge sums on R&D. No one can afford to rest on technology that is two or three years old. Think back to what Microsoft and Intel were selling three years ago and ask yourself how much of a market is there today for that product. NPCT will have to spend lots of money to attract and keep the scarce and expensive talent that they need. They will issue millions of shares of stock in options.
