Would be great if this really happened but this rumor has been out there for a while....more like Lucent going after Ascend.

How would they be able to announce 4-5 weeks prior to doing the deal??

I have heard talk from folks at Lucent in the
hallways about becoming more exposed with the
Fore product line but nothing to the effect of
a purchase. Maybe some reselling or something.
