If memory serves, the last financing occurred last fall at around CAN$ 1.05 or so. Can't remember how many. Maybe 3-400'000? Check the news releases in Canada Stockwatch. Everything should be there. I believe though, that the shares issued are restricted for two years. Also the company issued 800'000 options in February 1998 at CAN$ 1.00. These options went mostly to insiders and employees. The dilutive effect was somewhat lessened by the fact that 250'000 option at 2.35 expired at that time. IMAL
