That is a sad story. But for every sad story there is someone who has made money. It often looks bad and turns out to be good. A lot of people sold Araldica last week because of the publicity questioning the $5MM asset. But the facts are that anyone who has seriously followed AWLT already had carefully read the original TV time press release, participated in discussions on the validity of the asset if the stock price doesn't support it and discounted that asset on their own. Close followers didn't really think they would get $5MM in TV time unless the stock was worth $2.50 per share. Close followers were not the major sellers last week either. We were expecting there to be a restatement of that asset when the audited financials were released and I believe the company would have addressed the revaluation at that time. Many things have delayed the achievement of the company's business plan. The biggest obstacle was the Danielle Cheese event. That acquisition was the key to breaking out of the developmental stage and into the financial mainstream. Though that deal is now tied up in court I haven't seen any reason yet why the courts will not uphold the validity of the contract. When that occurs, hopefully with prejudice, the business plan will be able to continue to unfold. In the meantime you can bet that the company is working hard to find another way to go forward. I trust they will do so. And maybe they have learned that the best policy is to be more communicative via their web site and/or press releases.
