"TCBG has entered into a exclusive marketing agreement with Sweet Ripe" as per one of the news releases. New Wave is a Sweet Ripe competitor - 6th in Canadian sales. I think that as far as Canada is concerned, they have wrapped it up, nipped it in the bud, or whatever you want to call it. A conflict of interest would arise with the Sweet Ripe agreement if TCBG sought out to do business with various competitors in Canada. That's how I read that release.

As far as packaging is concerned, TCBG's patent pending rip it sip it has a complete unfair advantage over the competition, and is exclusive to TCBG. Sure, let any other beverage co. out there design a pouch drink, but the minute they put a straw inside (revolutionary as far as pouches are concerned) or fashion the pouch in any way, shape or form around the design of both Kraft and TCBG, they are screwed. Gotta love it!

I have about 10 days left of membership use. I will disappear much to the liking of some out there I'm sure, but I will continue to read the postings on this thread, and will remain a TCBG holder until the day I can pay off the mortgage.
