Ken,

There are Dec 2000 options on the DJX and SPX from what I recall. Check out the following link to see some of the prices.

I am particularly looking at the 64, 68, 70, and 72 strikes for Dec 99, they go under the "LDJX_" set of symbols. I figure the next time the market hits 9300+. I don't have the stomach to actually short anything at this time, so if I'm going to waste my money, I'd rather just risk the premium.
