But they said they would never, never issue new shares, CR ;)
Only prudent to preprint a few for options, though.

I listened to the conference call BTW -- nice to have a brilliant [mad?, stuttering ;)] scientist at the helm.

A MESSAGE FROM THE THE PRESIDENT . . . . .

Brendan Farrel sent me an e-mail regarding the following post:

1996 ANNUAL REPORT STILL ON WEB-SITE! Even after repeated e-mails, they have still not updated it.
Lets hope that this is not indicative of Triby's:

a. Customer service
b. Attention to detail
c. Technological savy

Perhaps I am being too hard on them. They may be expending all their effort on printing new shares . . . I hear it takes quite a bit of effort to keep those presses running 24-7.

CR

Although he was quite polite about it, he definitely put me in my place. I would never quote the e-mail without his permission but it was very well written/amusing . . . . . .

Mr. Farrel, I do apologize for my harsh words re: the shares/printing press . . . (NOTE: This apology should be considered null and void if TRIBY's outstanding shares exceed 25 MM OR the warrants get extended/lowered in the next couple of years)

However, I do not apologize for my comments regarding TRIBY's web-site. If a potential investor goes to the site, what do you suppose their first impression will be? Not very good, I'm guessing.

Finally, I leave everyone with a question: Which do you suppose is easier--Running a Company or Updating a Website?
