We have received no substantive [any direct acknowledgement] to our recent requests into: SoftQuad, Inc.; WebFiler, nor Alpha in re: TSE/NASDAQ listing intent/status/strategy; HMAPPS WIN 95/98/NT platform status, New HoTMetal Pro 4.0/Power Pack packaging/rerelease status, Power Pack out of beta status, XMetaL status, CD Web Publisher shipping date (was due Q1 '98)--[David Gurney, Chairman nor Roberto Drassinower, Dir, SWEBF and Gen. Mgr. SoftQuad, Inc. Business Unit have not acknowledged any direct communication between them and esecurities for appx. one month]; WebFiler 1.11 [and next version?] status/business unit mission objective-WebFiler 1.11 shipped 10/97, nothing since then; retaining of Taurus for spin-off of SoftQuad, Inc...again, we have received no acknowledgement/explanation on any of these issues.
