Ok, this is interesting. I am under the impression that Whyteburg filed a 13G filing. So my question now is how can they be down to 708,144 shares from 2,303,500. Under the rules of this position and its filings that Whyteburg completed, I can and I will say this. There has been illegal selling activity in the selling of this position. The 1% rule is in effect. HOW CAN THEY HAVE SOLD 1,595,356 SHARES AND NOT FILED THE 13D PAPER WORK. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE.
WHYTEBURG IS IN VIOLATION OF THIS REGULATORY FILING AND THE PROCEEDS FROM THE ILLEGAL SALES OF THIS STOCK BELONG TO DCI TELECOMMUNICATIONS!!!!!!!!!
Card Call shares are also down 2,843,820 shares. With a balance of 1,855,086 remaining. These shares I am under the impression are restricted. What is the transfer agent of this company doing. If these shares are restricted WHY IS THE NUMBERS OF SHARES DECREASING!?!?! We need to get on the transfer agent and have the company request WHY THESE SHARES ARE DECREASING!!!!!!!! The is getting rediculous, a complaint needs to be filed and NOW THE TRANSFER AGENT NEEDS TO BE TALKED TO. IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A U.S SECURITIES ATTORNEY TO ISSUE AN OPINIO LETTER TO HAVE THE LEGEND LIFTED BEFORE ITS DATE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO THE INCOMPTENT ATTORNEY IS THAT IS ALSO PUTTING OUT THESE LETTERS. There are to many things going on that need to be addressed. I know a few attorney's in Washington D.C. that review these types of filings. I am making that call at 10A.M. EST

Bruce, The 8-K on Locus is great news, yet another step taken by DCI towards it's ultimate goal. Very interesting to see the very sharp drops in the CC options in black and white. For a long time we felt we knew who our seller was, now we don't have to do much guessing at all.

Excellent buying coming in this AM. Of the 85,400 shares traded so far this AM, I only count 2,900 at the bid, all of the rest appear to be buys. Since OLIE is the only MM at the ASK, he must have lost over 82,000 shares this AM alone. If we did not have a MM with shares to sell, this amount of buying could have moved us up about $1 IMO. Hopefully we will see this amount or more of buying after OLIE runs out...and he will sooner or later.

James

I'm still plowing thru the 8k, but this caught my eye already:
>>>>Section 4.23. Acquisition of DCI Shares for Investment. The
Selling Stockholder is acquiring the DCI Shares for investment
and not with a view toward, or for sale in connection with, any
distribution thereof, nor with any present intention of
distributing or selling such shares.

Also, we've been wondering what those switches we've been installing might cost. I noticed a figure of $250,000 mentioned for a possible new switch to be purchased by Locus.
