hcm, these thread are for mutual education, I am not creating any more uncertainty than the company is. It would be wise for every holder to study the financing put in place by TTRIF last August, it was exactly the same as this one, and it was the company option to put the shares at the floorless conversion rate, and the company indeed did it. They started with about 40 MM shares, today they have 85 MM shares. I think that the parallels are too great to be ignored. The price action of the stock is behaving exactly as I have warned it might and it indicates that I am not the only one concerned about the forms of financing selected. Zeev
