I didn't detect his enthusiasm for CD dropped. A recent hotline said load up on CD and HLT, but I can't recall the date for that hotline message. It seemed he was more enthused about HLT but I interpreted this as JD's reaction to fresh news on HLT. CD's getting pretty stale after all. He must be a bit miffed pushing it at $20 when it's been drifting in the $15's range. Until you said you thought he was off CD, I had no such impression. What makes you think he's off CD? BTW, RP is down quite a bit, it's trading $50 and change. Any idea why?
