Chispas,

thanks for the interesting article. It seems quite many people outside the political system know what should be done to get Japan moving forward again, but politicians do not care to listen. Instead they warm up old stuff like the new P.M. Obuchi... It really kind of reminds me of the inability to move of the former USSR before Gorbachev came to power. The longer they wait, the worse it probably still gets, IMO.

I for once continue to stay away from Japan investment-wise. I just don't see any real movement, but only rearranging the same old chairs.
