Shareholder Action Update* I have spent about 4 hours today examining the PQe companies. I have downloaded SEDAR files before but I copied them into excel and doubleclicked on the pasted table AND POOF - I had oodles of detail in the imbeded spreadsheets complete with links and formulas - AWESOME. So what did I find out - well there are more companies and without question everything is properly disclosed in terms of the relationships between the companies and the payments they make to PQE. It seems that PQE likely has more accountants than geologists given the complexity. My thought still go back to the simple underlying priciple that HDD management which is the core 3 now that Basil Pantages has resigned is doing nothing for HDD nor for many of the others. PQE has a nice cash position of $7,000,000 in the bank while all of the companies have virtually nothing - HDD $325 - yes $325 dollars with some securities that have lost half their value in the last year. The bottom line is this PQE cash is the healthiest position by far of all the companies as they are the one that manages the others, NOw PQE is taking that cash generated partially by the others and buying a medical company. Is everything Legit? Likely yes, I suspect we will se HDD and 10-11 of the other companies cease trade within the next 6 months as they will run out of cash and PQE is making little effort to raise any in a tough environment. Could I do a better job managing the company than PQE is capable of doing - NO - this was their specialty BUT: Could I do a better job managing the company that PQE IS doing - YES - they are doing nothing
