EPS shows you close to nothing. You can't spend EPS, and neither can MSFT, therefore it is useless
to guage growth in EPS. Growth in revenue, cash, and economic cash flow have been strong. These
are things that are tangible and can be spent by the company and distributed to shareholders.


1. My comments were vis a vis the poster who put up net income figures for a few quarters. So I put up a few years.

2. They can't spend "revenue" either.

3. What is the trend in the growth rate of economic cash flow over the last few years?
