One thing that may be weighing on the stock beside Hags leaving is the insider sales. It appears Kubota has registered to sell a couple million shares in July. Probably related to their own problems in the Asian crisis, but certainly puts a ceiling on near-term appreciation. You can see the list of insider sales at Yahoo if you pull up a quote and then click on insider transactions. Does anyone know how to trade the Cube convertibles? That may be a good way to play the recent weakness. Are they listed on the NYSE, what is the symbol and where are they currently trading?
