Right you are, Eric. According to the transfer agent, MTEI currently has 200MM shares authorized and has issued just under 90MM of those shares. One month ago, the company had authorized 100MM shares. But before these numbers incite more lunacy here, the number of issued shares is EXACTLY THE SAME as when I checked a month ago. So for those people who would have everyone believe Jack and Co. are handing these things out like bumper stickers, you are wrong. The company continues to evaluate properties and will likely issue stock if the situation warrants. However, that situation would necessarily be one which will add significantly to the bottom line, otherwise Mountain Energy doesn't do the deal. Pretty simple... These guys didn't just fall off the apple cart. They are savvy in their areas of expertise and IMO fully intend to see this thing through. I'm going along for the ride.
