With the NAZ down some 30 points and just about everything else as well, including AU it is going to be a long day on the markets. Those big internet stocks (airbags) are going to pop. Watch the panic set in in a few hours.

<I was expecting a spike above $1.00>

Why would it????

8K was very low profile and announced at the worst possible time to make an announcement. Friday after markets closed.

I guess that was just more GE hype (just kidding). Any other company would have put out a news release etc etc, GE quietly files an 8K. This company is NOT promotion minded at all, it appears they are just going about their business getting there ducks lined up.

There are a couple of ducks still at right angles to the line......

but mother duck is trying to get them in line.........

someday there will be a straight line..........

Three factors:

1. Pink sheets keeping volume down
2. This 8K doesn't mean that much to most people. We would need a news article or something. (IMO, I am glad the news came out as it did....no hyping indeed!)
3. The general markets are in the dumper, lots of attention being paid there I am sure.

Regards, Eric
