Wow Baby, a new year low of $2.25..... the market cap on Ashton is approx. 50mil. The results from K91 will be key for the people following the Alberta diamond play. I don't think Ashton cares re reaction to project updates. Fo now, they have cash, they will hyping when they need cash. The question is at what price does the Ashton price become attractive. We as a group of 14 investors have not bought and are glad we did not buy a month ago. We are still hanging on and waiting for the stock to settle. All I can say is that stocks are a good buy when no one else wants it. Let's face it, Ashton Canada will not go out of business. With the expansion of their offices and expansion of the Vancouver Lab, Ashton is here for a long time. They have dissappointed investors with positive information flow but then again maybe the intent was to partially downplay the area for the juniors and also to allow others, including myself to buy cheap stock. Thanks Ashton. You're a pal.

Our only hope in the short term is the K91 results. Based on the stock's activity the past week, you would believe the results are not good. A decent result could ignite the momentum of the play, but a low carat grade would send the stock down further. If the results do not warrant bulk sampling, I would consider this play dead for a while. If the results are sufficient to warrant 500t sampling, maybe this may bring back investors at these low prices and hope that Ashton will have K91 bulk sampling results during the same quarter like K14. Reading John's tracker this morning and from the feedback I received from Ashton yesterday hinted that K11 is the next pipe they have started to look at. It sounds to me they will probably have results on K11 before k14. K11 does have interesting micro/macro counts.
As I said earlier, with the stock of Ashton already starting to discount negative upcoming results , I find it interesting that Ashton has said in one of the previous releases that K91 initial counts are 'THE BEST THEY HAVE SEEN TO DATE'. I can't understand why a conservative company would make such a public official remark. Based on this statement most people would expect 40tcounts to turn out better than K14.

I would enjoy seeing Ashton principals, for a change hyping their stock, telling investors that the stock is a good buy. Another scenario, if this play is indeed attractive to Ashton Austraila I would think that Ashton Australia would consider buying cheap stock and increase their position from 62% to whatever.

Frank
