The phone number for TSIG is posted on the last TSIG thread "CompactConnection(TSIG), so perhaps YOU can do some dd and call them with YOUR questions YOURself.

I've already had my questions answered by these threads or my own research dozens of times over already. Perhaps you might reread the TSIG: CompactConnection thread and do some research YOUrself,,,many answers await you there.

:)
Regards,
-Mark

Relentless,

I agree with you about the conference call. We should as Mr. Gordon.
But my assessment of this situation is this: if TSIG does not get CCI's customer base (whatever the number is), where are these old customers gonna buy cds? Furthermore, if TSIG sell MusicCards and will honor MusicCards, isn't it automatically inferred all the customers will TSIG's.

just my opinion....let's ask him

While it appears to be a value to have an immediate 1.5 million customer database, let's recognize the world as it has changed.

In the old days a customer database was hard fought for with a large sales force, and years, YEARS of diligent customer service.

Not so today. Cyber customers will prove to be one thing... fickle.

In addition, they will be easy to solicit and if your price is right, they'll usually abandon their previous vendor in a heartbeat and give you a shot. Deliver and you'll get the next shot and so on and so on.

But no more of this laborous time and dollar consuming effort to get the customers like in the "old" environment.

Bottom line, I personally wouyld like to see TSIG have access to the 1.5 million customers. With that said, it won't take but about another 3 milliseconds to be seen by more than 20,000,000 new sets of cyber eyeballs and probably acquire many of them as first time customers. It's the execution that should concern all of us. And so far it appears that TSIG has their shit together with the alliances they've arranged.

Bottom line, 1.5 million old customers in a maybe outdated database was a good story at the time of the original pr. However, I don't believe it will have a material effect one way or the other when the site goes live and a promotional effort towards those 20,000,000 sets of NEW eyeballs commences.
