Everything is relative. One man's "high" can be another man's "low". This stock did rise from around $0.40 to about $6.00 in the last year. So $4.00 is high relative to $0.40. BUT I agree with Ian (and Marc too, I am sure) when we look to the future and will be looking back on $4.00 as a low figure compared to where the price will then be!
