Muysa, I can appreciate the frustration of the continued selling by certain CC shareholders, but I think that it is highly unfair to place the blame of this occurrence on DCI. First off, we know that the CC shares were laddered and restricted to prevent this very problem, but obviously ways around this were found to sell. Restricted certificates have been caught by the TA and returned, DCI had hired a law firm to deal with this problem. The 13D filing was made with Whyteburg and many other efforts on the behalf of DCI to stop the illegal selling. The fact that the selling continues appears to be at least partly due to the more lax Canadian laws and loopholes left with respect to Reg. S shares. (any shares issued out of the US are classified as REG. S) Personally, I think that if anything DCI management and Joe Murphy in particular has already spent far too much time and effort trying to stem the flow of shares out of Canada. We need DCI management focusing their energies on completing critical acquisitions, such as Locus, working towards integrating those divisons into DCI and working with the potential buyers of DCI. It's obvious to me that if DCI could have easily put a stop to the CC selling, that it would have been done a long time ago. If you insist on placing blame, I suggest you direct it at the weak SEC and Canadian laws controlling the sale of those shares..and of course on the certain CC holders that are selling. This is aggravating to us, but the persons that will be hurt the most will be the seller IMO.
