I'm just reporting what I have learned, Janice.

If you want answers to YOUR questions, do some research. After all, asking some guy on the SI threads for answers has gotten a lot of people angry.

If you don't want to do the research, I believe the company will address this issue in the near future. Of course, you probably wouldn't believe the company either, so I guess you're back to square one...
