Sorry for delayed response.

This may be why SCOC fell in last few days. I was guessing that Novell was the one selling.

Now going back to your question, I like UCMP better than SCOC for near term since they are growing revenues year after year from continuing operations and acquisitions. Also at the same time the outstanding shares increases are very little compared to the top line grwoth. Which tells me that they find companies with better synergies and are able to integrate them nicely. You can witness that in their latest annual report.
