The 8k was "late" IMO because GE hired a top notch, correction THE top notch mining consulting firm, and BD likely needed a lot of time to review the existing info and work out a contract. If you mean the financials, you will get no argument from anyone on this thread that it is frustrating and of concern to many. However, not atypical of many BB issues. <<nothing good to say>> I guess we disagree here and that's ok. The hiring of a firm with the stature of BD is very good news indeed, IMO. Admittedly, it is not readily apparent to those not following this story closely, especially when released quietly the way it was. But I have no complaints. Regards, Eric
