If you would have asked that on Friday I would have said 25-25 1/2. I don't have a clue today...but if I had to guess, 22-22 1/2.

Definitely the right time to trot out the initiation of a share buyback program. Company has the cash, management has the long-term resolve and stock is at bargain levels to make it good use of corporate funds.
