Jason, I'm not really a chartist. I just do it for the fun of it but it may help in finding entry and exit points. If you go back to early Jan. 1997 the closing price 1/03/97 was $9.25. During FY 96 the stock had a generally downward slope and even though they had earned more each quarter in 1996 I'm guessing the first quarter of 1997 was viewed as not being all that wonderful and this is what drove the price to $9.25. The first quarter wasn't all that great but the next 3 quarters were pretty good and this drove the price up to $39 which for a company earning 80 cents and 30% more than the year before was very excessive. So at the first sign of bad news the price comes down, way down. Anyway, I think it's possible that you will be able to get SNDK at $10 or better soon. When it gets around $10 I will be watching it carefully to see if the price goes below $9.25 and stays below. I seriously doubt that will happen but, as I'm sure you know there are no guarantees.

Also, the reason I think the stock will continue to fall from a TA point of view is that the trend is down, MACD is below center, and I just don't see any support until $9.25.

Good Luck, Stan
