Tontotoo,

I wish I could address some of the issues you raised. They are entirely appropriate and valid concerns. Unfortunately, I cannot answer certain items until news is disclosed. I can say this: any problems should be assumed to have occurred in ERGB and not BodyBilt. I have and will always believe that BodyBilt is a fine company with an excellent product and has substantial value. Many of the key and excellent managers remain in place. There were some layoffs at BodyBilt due to the staffing that built up last year. That has led to some false rumors. There is tremendous concern at ERGB that BodyBilt be allowed to continue to sustain and grow its value. BodyBilt has remained a sound company and has exhibited steady profitability and growth over its history.

Obviously, I'm very sad over some of the events of the past year with respect to ERGB. Until this year, I never would have expected or forecast these events. If I had, I wouldn't have been purchasing additional shares in the Fall of 1997.

Scott
