Daniel, Thanks for the DD Post. I am happy you made that post to correct some wild rumors about outstanding shares. I thought the home lighting company may not be a go. I spoke to Mike back in May of early June about that acquisition. I knew it was a small company and that the company approached LTGL as a possible buyer. It was the result of a death of one of the partners. I was happy to see that LTGL was looking at diversifying.

I had posted months earlier that the share dilution was to raise money for the China deal. I knew Spencer could not even sell as many shares as I own, so I always got a little annoyed when people were suggesting that Spencer was dumping his shares and taking our money.

Time will tell on this company. Still holding but also looking at picking up more shares at these low prices. Call me a fool, but I think this stock has got to be oversold at this point even with the large float. Thanks Daniel and Good Luck. If LTGL ever gets a contract with an Automobile manufacturer, then this stock will certainly be on its way to a bright and glowing future.
