Joe, if you think this is a soap opera, you should have been with us the last three years. Only in penny stocks could they have gotten away with all the stuff they pulled. There were posts on the board of how management had gone to Australia to sign a big contract for the Antenna. The price ran up in anticipation of this and when they came back, they announced they were spinning off the Antenna with INCE getting a few shares of the new company. Most had originally bought for the antenna. Bill Pearson, correctly understood all along that the most value was in the PIC technology. Unfortunately, they killed the INCE stock by issuing tons of Preferred Convertibles with no floor. I am sure that some of those were recently converted at .05. When they were issued the stock was over $1.50, if I remember correctly. This is Paul's last chance. We all felt encouraged when Gil came onboard, and we still see that as our only hope. Maybe they are smarter this time with the convertibles. At least they didn't issue a bunch at one time. Staggering the way they are seems a little better.
