Thanks for posting the questionnaire LionHeart. Looks like management is responsive. To ALL: It does no good to name call or point fingers it just causes ill feelings that last a long time. Who knows you might be investing in another stock with the person(s) you single out. Please go read the Anatomy of a Stock Operator for a more telling reason of what can and does happen to a stock. The game is set up by much bigger players than any of us on this thread. And the game is not in our favor. However, with today's news release Jack is helping to level the playing field again. IMO, the reason for such a fall in the stock is the dumping done by past management and their associates. Let Jack worry about those issues. Winston and the rest of the gang can stay focused on the acquisitions, deeds, and operations. In the end, it's the MTEI shareholders that will win. And all of MTEI management are shareholders. Tod

Okay, it's been awhile ,but I am also still holding all my shares. The Penny-Pick questionairre "hand-signed" by Jack Uselton and the forthright answers he gave to the VERY important questions have done alot to assuage my fears. Just read the Uselton Q&A at Pennypicks. No serious information there, I'm afraid. Would you like me to compose a list of REAL questions? On another subject, the lawsuit, I received this interesting message from a lurking lawyer: The MTEI lawsuit is asking for equitable relief which could mean new management is seeking to rescind the contract to buy ICVI! I guess that would leave the shareholders with a shell. It might be wise to request information on this point.
