Letmebe Frank,

(I love your account name)

I agreed with you several weeks ago when you proposed an 8.50 baseline, but forces far greater than DOCSF are at work here. Have you looked at FILE, DCTM, OTEXF lately? Just generally bad stuff happening out there I think, and in some respects I'm pleased to see DOCSF holding up as well as it is.

I'm banking on so-so results this quarter as they clear through anything else that has been hiding around, and better than average results into next quarter and all next year as they move forward with product and the new people on the team. I've met all the new players at PCDOCS Inc., now and I believe they are very serious about their goal to be #1, and they have a plan to get them there.

Still, its all somewhat risky, as we need to see if they can execute.

Looks like we could use a little Community Space around here.

Recent weakening in price is an excellent reflection of composed discharge of duties. It's got to be the right game. However, ingredients can always be improved and the best soups are always stirred slowly, as they simmer.

Ante up, sit on one's hands or jump ship? nf

Who's Grant Thornton?

If Docs is going to make it in the Knowledge Infrastructure Business, "big six" and other "biggy consultant's" support needs to be developed.
