Lisa, I lived in Vandalia a few yrs ago, I understand humidity, thats why I am not there now.. <ggg> Thats nice of you to help that guy out, really charitable (being serious) I used to eat at Panteras, they had good pizza, shop at Schnucks, loved the Cards.. They didnt have the riverboat back then, only P.T's on the Illinois side.. You cant afford WC??? Wow, I guess Zips is out of the question then? I loved their fries.. and cheap price too..
