growthvalue: Its hard to fight the market. earlier this year the Company had stated that they expected the 2nd half of the year to be
the quarters of plenty. Now that we are in the 2nd half, we are told the plate may be half full. This clearly indicates the Company has a credibility problem on one or more of the following.

a: Revenue & Margins are unreliable.
b: Growth is marginal.
c: Mgmt disclosures appear incomplete.
d: Margins are declining.
e: No company is interested in an Acquisition even at low values.

As of 6/30/98 I believe there is $8 cash per share but about $9.75 in convertible notes.

Can anyone comment on how Engineering Animation's factory layout software (formerly Cimtechnologies) compares to that of Tecnomatix? Is EAII the reason for slower growth in the US? Who are the other competitors in this market?
