This is important to all Internet gambling shareholders. May I suggest a post on CRYP?

M Power,

I suspect that many of the downward moves in Internet gambling related stocks are a reaction to proposed prohibition in the United States and other countries such as Australia, which no longer permits its citizens to expatriate their wagering dollars offshore as well as market markers taking advantage of the investing public. Another problem has to do with the large market caps of some of the development companies. Generally, the cost to implement web page casino systems is in the neighborhood of a few million, thus a $40+ million market cap is simply not justified.

Regardless of proposed laws quality companies such as Starnet, Cryptologic, Playstar and Virtual Gaming Technologies should do very well. The stocks in these companies are far less predictable however. None of the aforementioned should be sold IMO.
