Personally, I don't think it's reverse split that is the key here. We are going to get a set percentage of the company. Doesn't matter number of the shares as long as we keep that percentage. The key is how to value the company, which is now (post-merger) a totally new company.

In other words, post-merger we have a percentage of a much bigger pie, doesn't matter how you subdivide or put the pieces of the pie together, we still have e.g 35% of the company, which is infinitely better than 100% of a company which was on the verge of going under.

I think we should concentrate on getting something from the company that gives a projection of value or revenue and a time frame for the future.

Further, we should concentrate on getting them some PR!!!
