Tom, IPO is slated, last I read, to go somewhere between 10 and 14. At this point in time that # is very, very fluid. There are some similarities between EGGS and River but there are some rather important differences as well. River has the technology and partnerships with a number of Players to download software to host and other computers. They are filling both nainsteet and niche customers with this capability from both the retail and commercial points of view. With this download capability also comes the advantage of not carrying a physical inventory; considerable efficienciesand $$$$$$$ are garnered by this model of conducting business. L
