Patience, waiting, and trading:

Patience is in order; sure if you have been
in this awhile I can understand the anxiety that
goes along with waiting to recoup losses. But
for those of us who are in recently, this seems
like a good time to be buying shares. There
certainly does not seem to be much interest
in selling at these levels--and while the spread
seems a bit large at 5/32, I have continued to
accummulate shares over the last month.

Certainly the chart makes it look tradable (on
a time span of about five weeks) so while
one waits for news...or at the worst a slow
turnaround, I say load up and wait for the next
heartbeat.

Recognizing that people see patterns where there
are none, I imagine a nice pulse in the chart,
also, recently the market has been a bit unsteady,
but nobody seems willing to part with their shares
of swebf/ski.

To make a long story short, esecurities, I respect
the level of frustration you must feel, however I
do not share it.

(NASDAQ:SWEBF):In Perspective, Issues of Fact.

SoftQuad [HoTMetaL/Power Pack, HMAPPS, Power Partner Program, XML/DOM infrastrucuture re: W3C Chair/founding members, XMetaL, CD Web Publisher, ..., softquad.com ) is being spun-off [with a regional boutique Canadian Investment Banking firm?] after sporting an IPO market cap of >$US 100 million 2/96; WebFiler apparently was swept under the rug whose development group was spun-off sans disclosure; ... and now NewKidCo represents [literally/per management] SWEBFs only [shareholder value] hope, wherein SWEBF shareholders have sustained [significant] dilution [>25%]...and then there are the issues of the status of a national market stock listing and a silent management pursuant to seemingly substantive/material and responsible/accountable disclosure(s)...

This isn't frustration simply the issues of facts as were previous post(s)...merely the flushing out of possible smoking guns.
