Yes, that's when the bond futures started to crack.

I can't recall seeing them this low in some time.

But the motion Clay is referring to is the 60 degree upward angle in the SP8U starting at 1PM.

It's interesting that TYX turned up(bonds down) at about the same time that stocks turned up. I guess the money was going from bonds to stocks. It used to be that bonds and stocks turned up or down together.
