Hi Vaughn!

I believe that Diamondworks is using Executive Outcomes as part of their security. In fact it has been alluded on a CBC program that they are the same company just different extentions.
I am not sure how close the two projects are from each other but Executive Outcomes has a pretty potent force they could deploy if they choose to use that force to protect their mine. If that were the case, I suspect that UNITA might think twice before giving Diamondworks a hard time. I do not follow Diamondworks closely so some of my facts may not be correct. The grey matter is not what it used to be. Plse feel free to correct any errors.

If SUF and Diamondworks projects are close together it would make sense to have a mutual defense pact. Not sure if Executive Outcomes does security for SUF.

Cheers !!! Peter
