Lawsuit News basically says that prior managment left us in a pickle and did some under-handed stuff and we would at least like it as a matter of record. These things can/will go on forever and quite often ammount to nothing.

At least Jack is doing something even if nothing ever comes out of it. Christianson is a slippery dude...
